Sharon is the Managing Partner of TS’s San Diego office. Her expertise spans virtually every corner of employment-based immigration law and practice, extending from the recruitment and retention of foreign national employees to the implementation of corporate immigration strategies and policies, from worksite enforcement and compliance issues (I-9, E-Verify, Government investigations and audits) to related training.

Apart from her active practice representing an array of industries, Sharon is dedicated to immigration advocacy through ongoing commitments to the national immigration bar.
Sharon has a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a JD from the University of San Diego. Sharon is the proud dog-mom of two very spoiled Chihuahuas, Briscoe and Molly. When she is not at work, Sharon can be found watching Law & Order reruns and binge-watching Netflix over a glass of wine, reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She also recently began studying American Sign Language.
