Applying for Permanent Residence can have significant benefits for your employees. Employment visas are temporary in nature and restrict the duration that your employees can work in the host country. Countries can place limits on the total number of years for which employees may receive employment visas. 

Where employees desire to remain in the host country on a permanent basis, T&S will conduct detailed assessments to identify the most effective available strategies for each employee and their families to obtain permanent residence. Once permanent resident status has been obtained, T&S also works with your employees to ensure that they are aware of the steps that need to be taken (or avoided) to maintain their permanent resident status.

T&S will also advise on possible options for employees to become naturalized citizens of the host country where such an option is desired and available. Acquiring the citizenship of another country through naturalization is a significant step. Additionally, where required, T&S is also able to help with authenticating, apostilling and legalizing official documents so that these documents are given full legal force in the destination/host country.
