Kelly is an Associate Attorney in our Los Angeles office. She represents and advises companies from a variety of industries on all aspects of U.S. immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.
Prior to joining T&S, Kelly was an associate attorney specializing in employment-based immigration at a busy boutique immigration firm. She also has a diverse professional background – from representing asylees in removal proceedings to working for Fortune 500 companies. Kelly is originally from upstate New York and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking in local and national parks with her family, scoring deals at thrift shops, and running around Northeast LA with her rescue pitbull, Beastie.
