Mailine is a Partner in our San Francisco office and represents multinational companies with their non-immigrant (E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L, O-1, TN, etc.), immigrant (PERMs, EB-1s, National Interest Waivers, Family Based Greencards, Adjustment of Status, Consular Post Processing) and post immigrant (Naturalization, Re-Entry Permits, Preservation of Naturalization Applications) matters. She thrives on strategizing challenging cases and works collaboratively with clients. Mailine has extensive experience with Blanket Intermittent L and Third Party Worksite petitions, as well as with PERM Labor Certifications.

Prior to working at T&S, Mailine’s legal career included work at a large business immigration law firm, where she created systems to process large volumes of labor certifications, and managed over 35 client accounts, attorneys and a team of legal assistants. She also worked on asylum applications and has experience with representing clients in immigration-related litigation.

Mailine enjoys hiking, Taiko drumming, cooking and performance arts.
