Dodi is a Senior Associate in our San Francisco office. She has experience advising employers and foreign nationals on a broad range of immigration matters, including E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-1, permanent residence, and other employment-based immigration options.
Dodi began practicing immigration law in 2019, initially focusing on affirmative asylum and family-based immigration matters before expanding her practice to business immigration. As an immigrant herself, she understands the challenges of navigating the U.S. immigration system and is committed to providing thoughtful, practical, and personalized guidance to her clients.
Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Dodi moved to California to pursue her legal education. She is fluent in Italian. In her spare time, Dodi enjoys going on walks, trying new brunch spots, and watching shows and movies.
