Claire Hamano

Claire is a Senior Associate in our Los Angeles office.  She has over eighteen years of experience assisting multinational employers and foreign nationals with their nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters as well as individuals with citizenship and family-based immigration.  Throughout her legal career in business immigration, Claire has represented clients in a wide array of industries including information technology, automotive, energy, entertainment, airlines, and online retail. She currently serves on the firm’s Recruitment & Retention Committee and is a recruiter for the firm’s Los Angeles office. Claire co-authored several articles in Bender’s Immigration Bulletin, “Shaping the Future of PERM- BALCA Highlights” series with Ron Wada and served on the editorial committee for Bender’s “Doing Business in Japan” series.

Claire immigrated to the U.S. from Japan at a young age and is conversant in Japanese. She is an avid dog lover/rescuer.
