Arshi is a Senior Associate Attorney at our San Francisco office, with experience handling a wide range of business immigrant and non-immigrant matters. Before joining T&S in 2026, she worked at large and boutique immigration law firms in the Washington DC area.
Arshi was born in India, graduated first in her class at Aligarh Muslim University Law School, and worked as a corporate attorney and as a litigation attorney in New Delhi, before coming to the U.S. in 2004 to earn an LL.M. degree.
Arshi is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, as is her 15-year-old son, though her husband is fluent only in English.
