Mark A.M. Catam is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s San Francisco office, advising multinational companies and individuals on nonimmigrant visas, permanent residency, and U.S. immigration compliance. He has led largescale immigration programs for Fortune 100 technology and artificial intelligence companies and collaborates closely with global mobility, HR, recruiting, and legal teams to develop immigration strategies that support business growth and talent retention. His practice also includes workplace immigration compliance matters (Form I9, EVerify, LCA, PERM audits, etc.), as well as EB5 immigrant investor petitions for highnetworth individuals. Mark previously practiced at global immigration law firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, Who’s Who Legal – Corporate Immigration, Super Lawyers Rising Stars, and Top 25 EB5 Attorneys: Rising Stars (EB5 Investor Magazine).
