Brandi Motamedi

Brandi is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s San Francisco office, where she practices employment-based immigration law across a broad range of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She has more than eight years of experience in employment-based immigration, with particular emphasis on nonimmigrant visa classifications including H-1B, TN, L-1, and F-1. Her practice also includes drafting motions to reconsider and preparing responses to complex U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services challenges, including requests for evidence and notices of intent to deny.

Brandi’s immigration law experience began during law school, when she interned with a low-income immigration clinic representing individuals in asylum proceedings. Prior to joining T&S, she practiced at a large immigration law firm supporting high-volume Fortune 100 client accounts. In her free time, Brandi enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends, including her two beloved rescue dogs.
