Jasmine Patel

Jasmine is an Associate Attorney in our San Francisco office. She joined T&S with over 5 years of employment-based immigration experience, with primary expertise in NIV case types such as H-1B, TN, L-1, H-1B1 and E-3 visas. Previously, Jasmine worked at a large immigration law firm managing a high-volume NIV caseload for a global tech company, and she worked at a boutique immigration law firm assisting a range of small and mid-size clients on a variety of NIV and IV matters. In her free time, you can catch Jasmine caring for her extensive houseplant collection, trying new arts and crafts, and attending music events around the Bay Area.
