Kruthi Vishwanath

Kruthi is a Senior Associate Attorney in our San Francisco office. She represents multinational corporate clients in a variety of employment-based immigration matters including work visas, and green card matters from start to finish.

Kruthi has been deeply involved in the practice of US immigration law since graduating from law school in 2014. Prior to joining T&S, she worked at a fast-paced mid-sized immigration law firm in the bay area where she successfully handled complex and routine business immigration matters for early-stage, mid-sized and large corporate companies across a variety of industries. Early on in her career, she has also practiced pro-bono at non-profit organizations assisting low-income individual clients in their immigration matters.

As an immigrant herself, Kruthi fully understands the challenges and struggles in one’s immigration journey, and this helps her bring an empathetic approach in her immigration counsel. Outside of work, Kruthi enjoys traveling with her family, playing badminton, singing, and sticking to her fitness commitments.
