Government is Back; USCIS Will Accept Late Filings Due to Shutdown

The US Department of Labor systems became operational today to allow filing of new PERM applications and prevailing wage requests; the USCIS announced that late filings of H-1B petitions will be accepted if the delay was due to the government shutdown.  The USCIS announcement is available online at
