CBP Publishes Rule Change Allowing Electronic I-94

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency today published in the Federal Register an interim rule allowing issuance of an electronic Form I-94 entry/exit record, to become effective April 26, 2013.  According to the published notice, affected travelers will be able to access and print their electronic Form I-94 from a special CBP website established for this purpose,  No information has been provided as yet to describe how potential errors in the CBP's electronic I-94 database can be corrected.  The new interim rule is available online at:
